If you wish to issue an invoice, please note the issuance details (name, VAT number,

Changes and Returns
When making your purchases from our online store you have the right to return the
products you bought or to request their replacement within 10 calendar days from
day of delivery for purchases made within Greece and within 15 calendar days for
purchases made outside Greece. In any case, the products must be returned in the
condition received by the customer, and the product packaging must be the one
that accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. In case they are not
returned within 10 days for purchases made within Greece and within 15 calendar
days for purchases made outside Greece, then our company reserves the right not
to accept the return and replacement. In addition, in all cases the product must
necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that came with the product (e.g.
invoice, receipt e.t.c.), and communication with our electronic storemust necessarily
have been preceded.
Returns are made by Geniki Taxydromiki and there is no charge to the customer for
shipments within Greece. In all areas except Greece the return cost is borne by the
customer.

Money refund
In case you do not wish the product you purchased to be replaced with a new
product, the refund process takes place within 14 days from the date of receipt of
the product returned to our company, as long as you inform us via email at
breezemakispapadatos@gmail.com.

Product Warranty
Breeze provides a warranty for products against manufacturing defects in materials
and construction for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
Breeze reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects. If a product is found
to be defective, Breeze will repair or replace the item at no cost. In case of any
damage caused by incorrect handling of the product, the repair or replacement of
the product is not included in this warranty and the cost is borne by the customer.
